Bowie County Man Found Not Guilty of 2 Counts Aggravated Sexual Assault if Child and 1 Count Indecency with a Child

On October 17, 2013, a Bowie County, Texas jury acquitted Craig Henry’s client of 2 counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and 1 count of indecency with a child.


Cass County Woman Sentenced to 10 Years Probation on 23 Counts of Sexual Assault of a Child.

In November of 2011, Craig L. Henry was able to negotiate a plea bargain of 10 years probation for a Cass County woman charged with 23 counts of sexual assault of a child.


Bowie County Man’s Murder Conviction Reversed and Remanded for New Trial

On July 29, 2011, Craig L. Henry appealed a Bowie County, Texas man’s murder conviction and secured him a new trial on appeal.


Red River County Man Found Not Guilty of Aggravated Sexual Assault

On January 16, 2009, a Collin County, Texas Jury acquitted Craig Henry’s client of aggravated sexual assault. A change of venue was granted from Red River County, Texas to Collin County, Texas.


Bowie County Man Charged with Aggravated Kidnapping

On May 5, 2009, Craig Henry was able to secure a dismissal of a charge of aggravated kidnapping for a Bowie County, Texas man.


Bowie County Man Charged with Possession of Methamphetamine

On August 2008, Craig Henry was able to secure a dismissal of a charge of possession of methamphetamine for a Bowie County man.


Bowie County Man Charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child

On January 3, 2008, Craig Henry was able to secure a dismissal of a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child for a Bowie County man.


Cass County Man Charged with Aggravated Assault on Police Officer

Craig Henry was able to secure a not guilty verdict for a Cass County man charged with aggravated assault on a police officer.


Cass County Man Charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault with Prior Murder Conviction

Craig Henry was able to secure a verdict of not guilty for a Cass County man charged with aggravated sexual assault who had previously been convicted of murder.


Bowie County Man Convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault of Child Reversed on Appeal

Craig Henry was able to secure a reversal from the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals for a Bowie County man sentenced to life imprisonment for aggravated sexual assault of a child. The charge was never prosecuted again.


Bowie County Man Charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon

Craig Henry was able to convince a Bowie County jury to sentence a man to 3 years probation who was convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for shooting another man in the torso.


Miller County Public Official Given 10 Years Probation for Intoxication Assault

Craig Henry was able to secure a plea bargain of 10 years probation for a Miller County Official charged with intoxication assault.


Miller County School Board Member Given Six Years Probation for Sexual Relations with a Minor

Craig Henry was able to secure a plea bargain of 6 years probation for a Miller County School Board Member who was having sexual relations with a minor.
